What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email, phone number, team size, the services you select, and any message you write.

If you request a bill audit, we may subsequently receive copies of billing statements you choose to send us. These may contain account numbers and usage details.

Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which record IP addresses and browser details for security and troubleshooting. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes or bill analysis, and follow up about services you asked about. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

To arrange services, we may share relevant details with the providers whose services you are purchasing, including telecom carriers and payment processing partners. We share only what is necessary to set up or quote the service.

Where you ask us about commercial insurance, we refer you to a licensed insurance partner and share only the details needed to make that introduction.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or regulatory record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and advertising

We advertise on Google, and this site uses the Google tag to measure whether that advertising works. When you visit, it may set cookies on your browser — named _gcl_aw and _gcl_au — which record whether you arrived here by clicking one of our ads.

What this measures is narrow: which pages were visited, and whether an action such as a phone call or a form submission followed an ad click. It does not capture the contents of any form you fill in, and we do not use it to identify you personally or to build a profile about you.

Google processes this measurement data on our behalf as a service provider, and that processing may happen outside Canada, including in the United States.

You can opt out at any time. Google's My Ad Center lets you control ad personalisation across Google services, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing either has no effect on your ability to use this site, request a quote, or contact us.

None of the account information you send us — bills and statements — is passed to Google or used for advertising. That information is handled only as described in the sections above.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent to further contact. Email adam@bujoldservices.com and we will respond.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy concern, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
