What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email, phone number, team size, the services you select, and any message you write.

If you request a bill audit, we may subsequently receive copies of billing statements you choose to send us. These may contain account numbers and usage details.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes or bill analysis, and follow up about services you asked about. We do not sell your information.

Where you engage us for mortgage services, additional financial information may be collected and shared with lenders as required to process an application. This is handled under the policies of Mortgage Architects, A Better Way (Brokerage #13660).

Who we share it with

To arrange services, we may share relevant details with the providers whose services you are purchasing, including telecom carriers and payment processing partners. We share only what is necessary to set up or quote the service.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or regulatory record-keeping obligations. Mortgage records are subject to retention periods set by regulation.

Your rights
